Empowering Lives Through CPR Training

At Fresh Heart CPR we teach American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support. Choking or a cardiac emergency can happen anywhere, anytime, in infants, children or adults and we are dedicated to training healthcare professionals - and the general public - the essential CPR skills that can help save a life.

The Director has taken care of patients for over two decades and has participated in several life saving efforts after a cardiac arrest. She understands the need for immediate action and so with this in mind, she has made it her mission to spread the word about the need for CPR training.

The goal at Fresh Heart CPR is for everyone in the community to learn the skills to know what to do quickly if someone is choking or their heart stops!
